Senior Associate, Audit (Multiple Positions), Santa Clara, CA
Execute external auditengagements for clients, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)registrants. Prepare and review audit work papers. Assist with audit planningand risk assessment. Communicate accounting and audit issues to clients.Understand and utilize KPMG LLP's audit methodology. Identify performanceimprovement opportunities for assigned clients.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
Must have a Bachelor'sdegree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a relatedfield, and 2 years of related work experience.
Of the requiredexperience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: US GAAP orIFRS; Researching technical accounting issues; Communicating accounting andaudit issues; and Documenting audit procedures performed.
Travel to various locationsthroughout the U.S. up to 5% is required.

SALARY RANGE: $95,202 – $125,400 peryear per year
