Manager, Audit (Multiple Positions), Santa Clara, CA
Plan and execute theday-to-day activities of IT audit engagements for clients, including FinancialStatement Audits, SOC Audits, real time readiness assessments and otherattestations within multiple industries. Evaluate the design and effectivenessof technology controls throughout the business cycle. Identify and communicateIT audit findings to senior management and clients. Help identify performanceimprovement opportunities for assigned clients. Supervise associates andinterns on engagements. Develop and maintain a positive, productive,collaborative professional relationship with the client and engagement teams toprovide well-coordinated and consistent high-performance results.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
Must have a Master'sdegree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,Computer Science, Information System, or a related field, and 2 years ofrelated work experience or a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting,Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information System, or arelated field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related workexperience.
Of the required experience,must have 2 years of experience with the following: Internal or external ITaudit, Modern ERP packages (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.), or risk assessment;SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance testing or SOC Audit experience leadingengagement teams; technical interpretation of ERP systems including Oracle orSAP; Microsoft Office software; and evaluating audit evidences and documentingtest results.

SALARY RANGE: $137,030 – $214,000 per year
