LPL’s Paraplanning Solutions team is seeking candidates passionate about this space who are also interested in the idea of launching a new product.
This individual will be part of a growing team within the LPL Business Solutions organization responsible for supporting Financial Advisors and Planners with back-office financial planning support so that they can continue to provide superior personal financial advice to their clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about financial planning and eager to advance their planning knowledge. This is a 100% remote role and you can be located anywhere in the United States.

Job Overview:
LPL’s Financial Planning Services team is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Plan Manager to support advisors in all aspects of financial plan design and analysis. This individual will serve as a paraplanner supporting a number of LPL advisors and their end clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist financial advisors in formalizing a planning process within their practice to maximize efficiency.
Assist in the client data-gathering process and input data into financial planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuide, RightCapital).
Analyze financial data to construct comprehensive financial plans and develop customized financial solutions and strategies for end clients. Areas of emphasis include retirement/income analysis, estate planning, tax planning strategies, and risk management analysis.
This is not a sales position; however, the candidate will need to clearly articulate planning recommendations to Advisors and end clients as necessary.
Assist with all aspects of back-office planning functions including meeting prep, client paperwork, and client billing.
Research ad-hoc financial planning questions as necessary to further support our Advisors and their clients.
Has proficiency in one or a variety of financial planning tools/software to include WealthVision/eMoney, MoneyGuide, RightCapital and AdvicePay.
Demonstrate an understanding of increasingly complex personal and business financial planning concepts and stay informed of current financial planning developments and tax law changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience within a financial services and/or a financial planning environment
CFP® designation
3+ years of experience in personal financial planning including tax and estate planning strategies
1+ years of experience with eMoney, MoneyGuide or RightCapital is required
Preferences:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with CRM applications such as Salesforce and/or Redtail
Understanding of insurance and annuity products
Broad exposure to financial planning
Ability to effectively communicate, excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail is a must.

$65,360-$98,040/year
