Job Overview:

The Finance organization at LPL is seeking a Sr. Analyst of Finance Product Management to drive execution and delivery of Finance change management initiatives focused on process improvement and system implementation and enhancements. This role supports the development and maintenance of the Finance systems roadmap and supports the deployment of technology enhancements across our Corporate Finance organization. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to plan proactively to understand and prioritize business needs, determine solutions and partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to executive initiatives and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to develop and maintain a multi-year strategic roadmap of system, process and data enhancements

  • Support Product Owners in the development of enhancement requirements and the maintenance of Finance backlogs and prioritization of ongoing enhancements.

  • Prioritize product features and guide development solutions to achieve the key short-term and long-term goals indicated in the overall product strategy (e.g. partnering with technology in agile development)

  • Work with Product Owners, Technology partners and software vendors to implement technology solutions throughout the entire initiative lifecycle from requirements to prioritization to release.

  • Champion the needs of the business to ensure the end product supports business objectives and meets the needs of end users

  • Analyze business processes, procedures and organization structure to identify problems and determine solutions

  • Provide data analytics and data oversight

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, and project management within financial services or a FinTech firm

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Core Competencies:

  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid product and project management with strong knowledge of Agile tools, ceremonies and methodologies

  • Prior experience in an accounting, audit or finance department

  • Capability to fulfill varying project roles as needed, including product and project management, product ownership, and testing for business users

  • Understanding of loan servicing and troubleshooting integrations between systems such as Salesforce and Clo

  • Previous FIS experience

Preferences:

  • Knowledge of our advisors practices and their key business drivers and metrics


Pay Range:

$71,720-$107,580/year


Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
