Job Overview:
The Solution Center Specialist of Business Transitions will work closely with the Business Development, Transitions & Operations teams to support advisors through conversions. They will support the development and oversight of processes and tools that drive efficiency across the Business Transitions team. You will assist in the development of recommendations by researching and synthesizing data from multiple sources, developing reports where needed to drive business insights and strategy development. In this position, you will be strategic with the team to address the needs of advisors by working with cross-functional business partners.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain FAQs, reporting and provide expert level consulting to identify and support Business Transition’s needs in converting advisors to LPL’s platform. Develop, own and optimize an advisor feedback loop to drive meaningful business results
Partner with other departments at LPL to answer advisor and field support questions, solution for escalations and make recommendations on key action items to support large scale advisor conversions to LPL
Answer inquiries from internal and external business partners and provide solutions to escalations and complex business processing
Establish and keep a contact list for other Business Unit POCs.
Assist colleagues by finding resolution to issues related to processes/procedures, identify opportunities and create solutions to expedite and improve the process
Advance the use of complex analytical techniques and statistical thinking across Business Transitions
Summarize written findings, publicize results, and participate and share knowledge with senior leadership as appropriate
Work with recruiting and transitions team to reach goals and objectives for retention effectiveness

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or similar preferred
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint, Smartsheet and Box
Core Competencies:
Problem solving skills that enable efficient identification of issues, structuring and execution of analysis, development of actionable recommendations and implantation of those recommendations
Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise way; strong analytical skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication
Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Natural curiosity and grace under pressure

$24.92-$37.38/hour
