Job Overview:
At LPL Financial we consider it our mission to take care of our advisors so they can take care of their client. Joining as a Tech Lead/Senior Developer, Client Statements team, which is within the Technology business unit, you will be responsible for coding, planning, directing projects to help design, build and maintain the sustainable, scalable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of software products, processes. This role will also include responsibility for leading special projects to drive more quality, scope, and scale in the offering and provide technical leadership to other team members.
Responsibilities:
Be the technical leader supporting an Agile Product Development team to deliver high quality technology solutions built with cloud database technologies and modern methods
Deliver high level quality as it relates to all aspects of software engineering (continuous integration, code quality, test driven development, adherence to target architecture, etc.)
Develop and maintain software used to generate Client Statements (both paper and electronic versions)
Strong API creation skills on Mule, .NET Framework.NET Core REST APIS by following industry level RAML standards including technical documentation.
Expert in the Continuous Integration techniques using GitHub Actions, Octopus for DevOps process for Code Management.
Performs peer-peer code reviews and team code reviews and give demos on latest technologies.
Strong PL/SQL expertise related to database design and created tables, functions & multiple stored procedures that adhere to huge Banking and Insurance domains.
Collaborate with other Development teams, Enterprise Architecture and Support teams to design, develop, test and maintain the various platforms and their integration with other systems.
Involved in monthly major releases to support production release activities thru automated releases using DevOps and TeamCity or GitHub Actions.
Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing legacy systems and applications.
Collaborate with business partners, Architects, Quality Assurance, Release Management, and the Change Control board to plan, design, develop and implement solutions based on business requirements.
Analysis, Design and Development of the project by following SAFE and Agile Methodology including daily scrum, sprint meetings and PI planning.
Ability to estimate and size user stories based on development effort. Experience writing tech debt user stories.

Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in designing and building Restful APIs and Services and integrating with both internal and vendor APIs.
5+ years of professional experience on Mule, .NET, JAVA building REST APIS understanding and ability to gather the necessary inputs on their own.
3+ years of software development experience with AWS platform.
3+ years troubleshooting skills with .NET, SQL, Post Gres, Dynamo DB.
3+ years of experience with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJs, npm, Karma, Jasmine, Bootstrap, JIRA, Octopus, Github ActionsTeamCity, ServiceNow
Core Competencies:
Demonstrated expertise on PostGres , SQL Server , Architecture of hybrid micro front UI application deployed on Cloud Front and ability to introspect and rationale the solution .
Excellent understanding of large scale SOA deployments on AWS , AZURE for database and REST APIS
Great track record of implementing the distributed systems with legacy and modern technical tools.
Knowledge of application development for Cloud platforms using technologies like Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
Created multiple reusable components and services using Angular 2 built-in and custom directives.
Competence in using Java IDE tools, Eclipse and NetBeans to develop dynamic web applications.
Preferences:
Financial-industry experience, particularly in securities and trading.
Preferred skills in, Microsoft Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, 2022 & Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2018
Experience in Visual Studio Code, WebStorm, Swagger SDLC, OOAD, Agile, CI-CD, Apache Tomcat, JBoss, Web Logic, WebSphere, Net Beans, Eclipse, Windows, Unix, Linux, CVS, SVN, GIT, Clear Case, ANT, Maven, Jenkins, JUnit, Log4J.
Experience in ASP.Net, .NET Core, C#, ADO.Net, VB.Net, MS Access, AnyPoint Studio & Anypoint Platform
AWS elements including Dynamo DB, Postgres, Glue, EKS, CloudFront, API Gateway, IAM, Fargate.
Pay Range:
$132,160-$198,240/year
