Join our dynamic Al Strategy team, a newly formed group at LPL Financial dedicated to leading the company through its digital transformation. We’re enthusiastic about harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence to enhance our customer experience. As a leader in this team, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning this vision into reality. As the VP of Al Strategy, you’ll work closely with our specialized Al development lab, responsible for bringing AI concepts to life from our backlog. Your key mission is to ensure we’re focusing on the most impactful ideas that align with our corporate vision.
Stay on the cutting edge of AI technologies, industry best practices, and emerging trends, especially within the wealth management sector.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing valuable insights and thought leadership to both internal teams and customers.
Source new problem statements from all company departments and transform them into potential value propositions.
Craft high-level business cases, aimed at C-Suite executives, based on concepts from our backlog to evaluate market size, business value, and customer impact, allowing us to prioritize the production pipeline.
Monitor ongoing product development to ensure alignment with our strategic mandate.
Curate educational programs for employees and customers, focusing on our AI capabilities and internal processes.
Train users on how to contribute ideas to the Al Lab and monitor engagement across all departments in our AI journey.
What are we looking for?

A highly strategic thinker capable of assessing complex problems, prioritizing key issues, and maintaining a strong execution focus.
Experience in competitive market research, with the ability to identify relevant data and turn it into valuable insights.
Proficiency in measuring potential product viability as it aligns with our corporate roadmap.
Knowledge of navigating risks, including data, brand, compliance, and legal aspects.
Demonstrated ability to define and track OKRs.
Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA or relevant graduate degree
Experience in consulting on business transformation and driving change within large, complex organizations.
A background in strategy, management consulting, and/or corporate innovation, with expertise in the financial services industry being advantageous.
Strong collaboration and consensus-building skills, able to leverage both internal and external relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
Efficiency in constructing C-Suite level presentations.
Willingness and ability to travel, as needed.
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
