Job overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A will play a highly visible role on the Corporate FP&A team. You will be responsible for creating analyses, financial models, management reporting, robust forecasts, and ultimately supporting recommendations that help business and finance executives make informed decisions and improve profitability. The team is integrally involved in strategic investment analysis, including the support of growth initiatives and business case analysis. The ideal candidate has a combination of strong business acumen, corporate finance knowledge, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between FP&A and key business partners
- In partnership with the business, review operating and financial results identifying variance drivers and levers to enhance performance. Support forecasting & budget planning processes.
- Create and support the development of financial related models and ensure they are accurate and periodically updated to reflect evolving business dynamics
- Play a key role in the development of the driver-based, volume forecasting models to more effectively support resource planning needs
- Focus on continuous improvement in all financial-related processes, leveraging technology and other resources
- Help create accurate, compelling, and effective presentations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or a related quantitative discipline)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, including variance analysis, budget planning, forecasting, and development of business analytics
- Experience building financial models and effectively communicating analysis to support business decision-making

Pay Range:
$73,600-$110,400/year
