LPL Services Group is in need of a Sr. Analyst, Capacity Modeling & Analytics who demonstrates with excellent business acumen, detail orientation, and an analytic mindset. This role sits within the LSG Pricing & Revenue Strategy team, which supports the growth of outsourced solutions for financial advisors & institutions. Excited to learn more? Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business management or consulting roles, and have the ability to develop actionable insights and recommendations that enable timely and effective operational and strategic decision-making. This individual will need to partner effectively across several organizations with a key mindset towards operational performance. Additionally, this individual will support our Product and Pricing org to help understand customers better via data driven analysis and segmentation. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, intellectually curious, a comfortable with ambiguity and working independently, able to focus on details while thinking strategically, and an excellent problem solver.

Responsibilities:

Capacity Management

  • Lead monthly dialogues with Sales, Product, and Delivery organizations to review operations and discuss hiring plan relative to projected growth

  • Enhance and maintain capacity models for service delivery

  • Identify and address capacity planning and management issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Leverage a wide variety of operational and financial data sets to conduct scenario forecasts around capacity needs.

  • Support operations and cross-functional projects as needed to drive process efficiency, and delivery enhancements

  • Communicate capacity management updates to executive leadership

Data Analysis & Market Sizing

  • Collect, compile, and analyze data to understand customer demographics and preferences

  • Identify factors influencing product demands

  • Define total addressable market and segments for product growth opportunities

  • Analyze findings and present ways to maximize sales and market penetration of products

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis

  • Advanced excel knowledge

Preferences:

  • Excellent organization skill and attention to detail

  • Experience in product operations, product delivery, finance and/or analytics

  • Excellent data gathering, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Financial Modeling experience

  • Skilled communicator in meetings and via PowerPoint

  • Operational Excellence Experience (process improvement, Lean, project management)

  • Experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx for data automation analyses

  • Driven individual, always seeking to improve and grow


Pay Range:

$82,720-$124,080/year


Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
