About the Opportunity

The Systems Analyst will be a motivated individual who will support the operations of Enrollment Management (EM) software applications. The Systems Analyst will work with Technolutions Slate, and other software applications used within EM. The person will work on scripting, reporting, troubleshooting, upgrades, integrations, access management, and other administrative processes. The Systems Analyst will ensure data integrity between Slate and other systems used in EM. The position will support Marketing Operations, and other groups in EM with Slate portals, queries, reports, emails, events, forms, dynamic content, and automations. The Systems Analyst will learn the applications used in EM and be a technical contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution. The person will document processes, automations, and integrations. The Systems Analyst will perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Support for Technolutions Slate: Provide support for Slate including creating emails, events, portals, forms, queries, and dynamic content. Manage, configure, troubleshoot, and provide support for the Landing Page Management System (LPMS) and other components of Slate.
  • Support for EM Applications: Provide support for Banner, PowerFAIDS, PowerApps, and others. Create queries, reports, scripts, integrations, and automations. Work on upgrades and testing.
  • Support for integrations and automations: Work with stakeholders to identify requirements, document, and implement integrations and automations. Evaluate and implement appropriate tools. Maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor integrations and automations.
  • Documentation: Create, maintain, and update documentation on system configurations, integrations, scripts, and other relevant information. Ensure the documentation is distributed appropriately to stakeholders.


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Working knowledge of database management concepts and relational databases required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Technolutions Slate required.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and databases.
  • Prior experience at a Higher Education institution supporting EM applications preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities at the same time and provide stakeholders with timely responses to work.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and applications.
