The ideal candidate is hungry to grow their skillset, learn how to grow and run a financial planning business, leverage their interpersonal skills, and build a clientele. They will work alongside out team to bring on new business as well as cultivate business from our current clientele.

Responsibilities

• Work along-side the CEO, and COO to grow the business
• Execute on prospect and client outreach, marketing plans, & generate new business
• Gain a knowledge around running a financial planning meeting with a potential or current client
• We have a culture of learning, and are open to new ideas

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Finance, Sales, Marketing or related field
• Sales experience preferred
• Strong understanding of sales, phoning, and client management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
