Role Description

This is a winter internship on-site role located in Paramus, NJ, for a College Financial Representative. As a College Financial Representative, you will gain valuable business, sales, and communication skills while working closely with an experienced financial representative. You'll help Northwestern Mutual provide expert guidance and innovative insurance and financial solutions to clients. Our program provides extensive training and resources designed to help you build a successful practice that helps clients achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or higher
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude and the ability to take charge and meet goals
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, and able to pass a background check

Compensation:

• $100 weekly stipend
• Bonuses available
• Commission based on product sales (unlimited earning capacity)
