Role:
The Business Operations Support Analyst’s role is to provide support to Financial Representatives to deliver financial security to their clients through a comprehensive planning process that integrates risk and investment products. Analysts financial representatives work with Associates & the Director of Operations to increase advisor productivity by providing planning and integrated operations support.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the BOS Analyst include but are not limited to:
· Promote, utilize, and reinforce a planning culture aligned to Northwestern Mutual’ s planning philosophy and best practices
· Conduct office hour appointments (both by appointment and proactively) as needed on effective utilization of the department, process related questions, other
· Set and adhere to standards such as services offered, pricing, turnaround times and quality
· Complete internal projects as needed and promote a team-player attitude
· Assists with new business insurance and/or investment applications and follow-through while following up with clients, advisors and home office on requirements needed
· Case preparation to include Plans, Illustrations, and Client Review Kits
· Assist with creating and maintaining compliant files via Docket
· Participate and lead Planning Academy, New Rep Onboarding & PA Reconnect trainings as needed
· Assist with training new BOS team members and staff training program attendees
· Collaborate with advisors and leaders on business management and areas of strength/improvement for advisors assigned to your group

· Milestone Advisor Achievements (Contests, MAPP/Pacesetter, Personal Goals)
· New Client Acquisition
· Increase in PX planning ratios 60% across U5 & O5
