Growing team of financial advisors based in Las Vegas is looking for a smart, organized and team-oriented person to join our practice and facilitate growth goals for 2024 and beyond. As a Director of Client Services you will schedule appointments, manage calendars, conduct research for prospecting lists, develop skills in internet marketing and sales and learn about the insurance and investment industry. A successful candidate will be a problem solver, organized, growth oriented and be able to complete work as an individual and part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating and tracking completion of compliance items
• Managing calendars of 3 advisors
• Client correspondence via email, in person and telephone
• Facilitate team task delegation, execution and follow-up
• Complete Insurance, Annuity, and Investment applications
• CRM management

Qualifications

• Customer Service/Sales Experience in financial services industry
• Microsoft Office program proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
