Sales Support & Administrative Associate

We are seeking an out-going, professional individual who is detail-oriented, self-motivated and service-driven for a full-time position in a fast-paced, continuous learning environment. This individual will have a high amount of involvement in the sales and service support as well as some technology aspects of a Financial Representative’s business. It is recommended that this individual obtain their Life & Health license along with a Series, 6, 63 and SIE exams within the first two years of employment. This position is located in Omaha and is not remote or hybrid.

Planning Sales & Service Support

·   Pre-check applications and scan for electronic client files

·   Conducts regular one-on-one meeting with assigned representatives

·   Schedules underwriting requirements with clients and orders medical exams

·   Actively manages underwriting process and regularly follow-up on outstanding requirements

·   Prepares policy for delivery and obtain Policy Delivery Acknowledgements

·   Prepare approach, close and delivery kits

·   Process service requests from clients

·   Data input to create Financial Plans

·   Process paperwork to open new investment accounts and coordinate any initial trade activity

·   Processes account maintenance requests

·   Maintain daily bank deposits, check and order logs for Agency Supervisory review/approval

·   Process service requests including funds disbursements, account transfers

 

Administrative Support

·   Open and distribute mail and prepare outgoing Northwestern Mutual Investment Services pouch mail or overnight mail

·   Greet visitors and direct them appropriately

·   Answer, screen and record telephone calls

·   Add case notes to client management system (CRM) 

·   Create and maintain compliant electronic client files

·   Edit and maintain client management system (CRM)

·   Maintain the reception and conference room areas

·   Maintain office-use supplies and order as necessary

 

Qualifications

·   Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

·   Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality

·   Ability to handle detailed work with a high degree of accuracy

·   Ability to take independent action and make sound decisions

·   Good written and oral communication skills

·   Good interpersonal skills

 

Location: Omaha (in office only)

 

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 plus incentives
