We are looking for a dynamic recruiting/talent professional to help increase the volume of career-changing professionals to become Financial Advisors.

  • Source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, center of influence, referral, and other social media platforms in high-volume environment
  • Develop strategic marketing/messaging for cold outreach
  • Actively network in local community to find addition candidates
  • Actively outreach to center of influence/warm market for additional talent opportunities
  • Engage on social media to increase volume of attraction
  • Meet with Financial Advisors to help build referral culture/source warm referrals
  • Develop unique job descriptions to attract additional talent/develop new talent streams
  • Pipeline talent to full life-cycle recruiters


  • BA/BS degree REQUIRED
  • 2+ years experience at a recruiting agency OR in a corporate sourcing function
  • Desire to network in local community/center of influence
  • Natural ability to influence/persuade
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment
  • Excellent communications skills
