Inside Sales Executive – San José, Costa Rica

Savino Del Bene is looking for an Inside Sales Executive for the sales team in its Costa Rica subsidiary.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited:

• Develop commercial relationships with clients in the portfolio by producing and widening new business within Savino Del Bene Costa Rica S.A.
• Create and retain said Portfolio with commercial actions based on goals, markets, and selected clients, with specific contacts or addresses by any available means, telephone, digital or other. This may include the coordination of appointments supervised by Commercial Management.
• Prepare and present quotations, bids, and formal presentations to current and potential clients.
• Request directly and/or through the Pricing Department the services that customers require. These may include international transportation of Import or Export cargo by Sea, Air, and Land, Distribution and Storage, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage.
• Meet goals planned and proposed by the company.
• Develop and maintain constant and assertive communication with the Departments of Operations, Customer Service, and other areas, as well as with offices of the global network of Savino del Bene.
• Assist the Finance Department in monitoring account receivables related to specific clients when necessary.

Skills and experience required:

• Min. 2 years of experience at least in cargo transportation and international logistics.
• Studies such as Foreign Trade, Customs, or similar, as a bachelor's or a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrate aptitudes and skills in speaking and written communication in Spanish and English for the development of Sales and Customer Service.
• Ability to quickly assimilate know-how and good practices, to work effectively.
• Skills to follow instructions, be organized, know how to prioritize, and exchange with departments of different specialties to effectively monitor active and potential customers.
• Skills to work with deadlines, targets, and conditions with variable workloads.
• Master Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The position is based in Savino del Bene Costa Rica S.A., Oficentro Plaza Aeropuerto Oficina 5C, Rio Segundo, Alajuela.

Contractual aspects: Depending on the profile.
