\n Distribution & Cross-asset Process Excellence

\n Description:

\n Within Client Solution Division, the candidate will be part of a structure in “Distribution & Cross-asset Process Excellence”, dedicated to support Client Risk Management products distribution activities in Italy and Investment products strategy processes in UniCredit S.p.A.. Knowledge about Financial products and the respective value chains is a plus but not a pre-requisite.

\n The position will encompass the following main tasks:

\n · Participation in projects and business initiatives, working together with business as well as with structures like Middle and Back Office, Risk, Compliance and Accounting, thus gaining a wide perspective of core strategic processes at Group level.

\n · Support Distribution in Italy (e.g., Corporate Treasury Sales, Private Investor Products) to define crucial strategic and operative processes, with the aim of achieving a step-change in efficiency/effectiveness of the core processes as well as fulfilling external and internal requirements.

\n · Analyse regulatory requirements, Audit/Compliance findings and pointing out and implementing solutions.

\n The candidate will be a full “Partner” of business structures, supporting them in all organizational issues embedded in their day-to-day activities

Requisiti

\n Profile:

\n Business Administration, Engineering degree course or equivalent. \n
\n Project management and problem-solving attitude. \n
\n Strong numerical agility and attention to details. \n
\n Strong Power point skills to report effectively and synthetically to the Management. \n
\n First language Italian and Fluent English is a strict requirement. \n

\n Work Location:

\n Italy, with availability to travel internationally.
