\n Learning the basics of Loans Agency and the role of Agent Bank in the related contractual documentation for Corporate, Real Estate, Project Finance and Leveraged Finance transactions (administrative and coordination role between debtor and banks in the pool for both cash and signature lines) ;
\n Assistance in the preparation of financial documentation (eg: the loan agreement, commission letters and ancillary documentation such as funds flow, etc.);
\n Support for the surveillance of the information obligations borne by the debtor on the basis of the loan documentation (distribution of the reports to the pool of banks and management and coordination of the information flow between the debtor and the banks of the pool);
\n Support in the management of requests for exceptions to financial documentation or contractual changes requested by the debtor;
\n Support in the management of one or more Agent Bank mandates (role of first interface towards the banks of the pool and the debtor in relation to requests for use and related monitoring of the agreement for each bank)
\n Support in the management of databases and weekly ordinary reports with other Teams functional to monitoring the Team's performance and workloads;
\n Support in the management of various administrative activities of the Team

\n Being a University student attending a Bachelor or a Master
\n Strong interest in Advisory and Capital Markets
\n Excellent academic records
\n Fluency in English
\n Full-time availability
\n Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset
