We are looking for a Retail Services Specialist to join our HQ office in Milan!

Reporting to the Retail Services Manager, you will cooperate enhance retail procedures and support their implementation. This involves ensuring alignment across international markets and facilitating smooth communication with all retail operations.

Our retail channel is rapidly evolving and plays a crucial role in our company's growth.

With existing stores in Italy, UK, France, and US, and plans to expand into other European countries, this position offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual eager to make a significant impact in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support smooth and fast execution of retail operations initiatives ensuring international alignment.
• Implement consistency in Retail Operations processes and guidelines by assisting Retail Services Manager.
• Guarantee touchpoints with Retail Back Office team about orders, forecast and inventory management.
• Develop and run Retail Business analytics through PowerBI.
• Support in handling Retail master calendar, including Retail Events (eg: Store Manager Conference).
• Communicate effectively to our Retail network to ensure each team is up to speed with key updates.
• Help in developing incentive tools and internal contests to push results.
• Work in close cooperation with IT and marketing to implement and monitor new in-store technologies.
• Work closely to all members of the team in leading the main Retail projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Economics or Engineering.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities (qualitative & quantitative) and passionate about data.
• Strong interest and knowledge of emerging technologies in the retail sector.
• Previous experience in retail would be considered a plus.
• Solution oriented with ability to effectively multitask in a rapid work environment, meeting all deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• A third language will be considered a plus.
• Availability to travel.
