Wilson Elser's Las Vegas office is currently seeking a Senior General Liability Attorney.

The Position

Qualifications

  • JD from an Accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada
  • 10+ years of litigation defense experience required
  • Experience with general liability, transportation and products liability defense is preferred
  • Federal court practice is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure required
  • Excellent written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required

Responsibilities

  • Proactively handle litigation cases, potentially through trial

The annualized salary range for this position is $155,000+. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
