Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate global inbound Bally products requests;
  • Select looks and related proposals for fashion editors;
  • Coordinate PR agencies in the execution of PR Company strategy;
  • Liaise with agencies and regions for daily activities (gifting, image requests, price analysis and product info to support editorials);
  • Support editing reports and coverage;
  • Support global PR events (press day, fashion show, product selection, shipping between HQ and final consignees);
  • Support Bally Foundation and Bally Peak Outlook activities
  • Support fashion shows PR activities (agencies coordination, lists, seatings, gifting, press materials, etc…)


  • Support the creation of global LSA guidelines for regions and wholesale partners;
  • Coordinate suppliers;
  • Coordinate pre-fashion show influencers and community fittings;
  • Support space setup, in collaboration with VM;
  • Monitor global fittings, collection of samples, drafting of internal documents related to product assignments and returns;
  • Circulate printed materials related to fashion show amongst agencies, regions and marketing team;
  • Participate to events where requested;
  • Quickly identify problems related to events and fashion shows and advice appropriate solutions;
  • Provide suitable support during Fashion Week and Fashion Show.


  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in PR in a fashion or luxury brand or an agency;
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Fluent in English and Italian;
  • Strong knowledge of international media;
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively while working in a fast-paced environment:
  • Excellent Team Player with the ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with Team Members;
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, proactive follow-through and problem-solving skills.
