For our outlet in Serravalle, we are currently looking for a:

Sales Consultant

We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our team and provide the perfect Bally experience for every customer.

Our Sales Consultants are our ambassadors: committed, passionate, willing to deliver a unique and true luxury experience to the Bally clientele and establish a long-term customer relationship.

The ideal candidate must possess a high affinity towards the world of Retail and Luxury leather goods and be caring, ambitious and inspiring.

Desired profile:

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment
  • Proven experience in driving sales and meeting targets
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong focus on clientelling
  • Digital attitude
  • Excellent standing and attention to grooming
  • Passion for Fashion and luxury-goods
  • Strong team player, results driven andproactive
  • Fluency in English and Italian; other languages would be a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Show motivation to succeed, consistently meeting individual goals
  • Build customer loyalty through CRM and active client book development
  • Actively participate in trainings to support new products introduction
  • Help maintain the shop floor, assist with VM, stock management and replenishment.
