BearingPoint Capital is looking for talented individuals with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Stockholm. As part of BearingPoint Capital, you will have the unique opportunity to work across a wide range of M&A advisory and due diligence projects, offering a dynamic and varied role.

You will be involved in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, capital raisings, and comprehensive due diligence projects, including financial, commercial, and technology evaluations. This role provides exposure to various industries, with a strong focus on technology-driven businesses. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to high-impact projects for top-tier clients, both locally and internationally.

What You Will Do:

- Work on M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side) and capital raising projects - Conduct due diligence processes, including evaluating financial, commercial, and technology aspects of transactions - Develop financial models, market analyses, and valuations to support transactions and advisory work - Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and transaction documentation - Assist in business development, supporting client prospecting, sales efforts, and relationship management - Collaborate with private equity firms, corporates, and institutional investors

What We Are Looking For:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience within M&A, investment banking, transaction services, or a similar field - Strong academic background, ideally with a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline - Proficiency in financial modeling and a solid understanding of valuation and due diligence processes - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Fluency in both Swedish and English
