Your role

As a BearingPoint consultant focusing on the healthcare sector, you will be working on implementing new digital tools, advising on new ways of working and be an advocate for change.

The healthcare sector is undergoing a significant transformation which drives new demands for better service, cost effective solutions and proactive and personalized care. BearingPoint is at the forefront of supporting healthcare providers on this journey, focusing on equitable healthcare access.

Together with an ambitious and multidisciplinary team of colleagues, you will help our clients understand their current situation, risks and opportunities, and advise how they can use technology to solve their needs. The type of projects will be varied, and you will have access to experts throughout our international community of consultants.

Your professional and personal growth will be supported by a Development Manager. As you deepen your expertise and grow as a consultant, you will take on greater responsibilities in our client engagements and our internal business activities.

What we are looking for in our new colleagues

As an applicant, you have 3-8 years of experience and a good understanding of processes and operations within public and private healthcare organizations. Also, you preferably have experience working with the implementation of various digital healthcare applications, medical records and/or any other resource planning tool. You also enjoy working with project management, change management and/or Consulting in general.

To collaborate well and effectively with a wide range of people, you must enjoy working with others to achieve common goals. And as a colleague, you are reliable and show generosity to those around you.

As we manage projects and advise clients in both the private and public sectors, it´s a requirement that you have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written). Additionally, proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

You hold a master's degree in civil engineering, focusing on management, Biomedical Engineering, information systems or as a Physician (or other education that is deemed relevant).
