Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional or technical role;

• 3+ full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365;

• Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing or Customer Insights;

• Bachelor`s or Master's degree in Business Administration / Marketing or relevant fields.

• Ability to articulate the functional and technical infrastructure of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing or Customer Insights;

• Good knowledge of other Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales or Customer Voice

• Working knowledge of other Microsoft products such as Power Platform, SharePoint, M365, Azure, and application architecture;

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;

• Experience in data integration and data migration;

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical language;

• Strong consulting skills, including influencing abilities, leadership, and facilitation skills;

• Ideal Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) Functional Consultant and Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect.
