Do you want to gainexperience in the transportationindustry and supportoperationalprocesses? As an Operations Representative, you will handle transport orders, collaborate with carriers, and helpresolveongoingoperationalissues to ensure the smoothexecution of orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Track and traceshipments
- Call carriers to request for platenumbers
- Solvedifferentproblemsthatcanoccurduring transit (wrongreference, delays, damage etc.)
- Adding status in the system
- Handling carrierdocuments
- Enteringnewevents of the shipments and closingeventsthataresolved
- Handling paymentissueproblems for the carriers
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- At least a B2 level of English proficiency
- Fluency in Romanian/French/German
- A preference for a dynamicwork environment and the ability to thrive in the face of dailychallenges
- Diligence and strongmotivationareessentialattributes
- We areseekingindividuals with the energy and resilience to handle timepressureeffectively. If you lackpriorexperience, there's no need to worry – we arecommitted to providingtraining and support to help you succeed!
