General Description of the Role:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of Camparistas across the Americas Region, with a focus on Brazil, Mexico, Peru & Argentina. This role is a strategic partner to the business, enabling growth by driving the Talent Acquisition (TA) process from start to finish, and will be the primary point of contact for Talent Acquisition needs in Argentina and Brazil, partnering closely with the country HR Directors to set hiring priorities for each country. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates with hiring managers on search strategies and serves as the subject matter expert to help teams hire effectively and efficiently. They work autonomously, coached by a Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, with the flexibility to bring their own style and influence to the teams they support and collaborate with Candidate Experience Coordinators and Sourcers to assure the ultimate candidate experience and showcase the Campari Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, asses, select, and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Manage applicant flow to ensure the availability of qualified candidates and compliance.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to functional business leaders and line management to effectively support strategic hiring goals.
  • Stay current on market trends and demands impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates; collaborate with the Rewards team to assure fair pay practices and market competitiveness
  • Manage leverage recruiting tools, including contracts with recruiting agencies and job boards to find the best talent for Campari.
  • Assess, track, and report on time to hire, cost to hire, and diversity of hires to identify trends and road blocks
  • Manage Applicant Tracking Systems and lead regional implementations, including all changes, updates, and reporting.
  • Ensure proper transition to HR regarding Onboarding.
  • Lead and manage an intern, coordinating efforts between a Candidate Experience Coordinator and a Sourcer to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • High level of English & Spanish is essential.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 4-5 years of demonstrated success in recruitment. A mix of in-house and agency experience is preferred. International experience is a plus.
  • Positive attitude towards change management and ability to positively influence stakeholders, confidence in using data to influence a comfort managing a multi-cultural environment.
  • Prior experience in a rapidly-scaling environment where speed is paramount without sacrificing candidate quality.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, maintaining candidate funnels and prioritizing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Great storyteller, engaging candidates with energy and words.
  • Ability to operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to accurately assess whether candidates can perform and excel in the long term as the company scales.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills. Proven track record of managing your pipeline and rapidly recalling candidate information for current and future openings.
  • Experience with passive sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and headhunting.
  • Results-driven with strong field expertise and ability to handle performance pressure and high volumes of activities.
  • Well-developed negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interact clearly with business leaders with empathy to ensure that solutions deliver business value.
  • Ability to coordinate and simplify work for others.
  • Passion for adding to Campari’s Culture.
