Campari India

Campari India is a part of APAC region and folds into Singapore region office. The operations in India started in the year 2010 where its been through cycle differnt of business models largely working with distribution partners until when in 2019 Campari India Pvt Ltd was setup. Since then the organisation has fully dedicated leadership team across finance, supply chain, marketing, sales. India portfolio has close to 12 brands in diverse alco bev.categories. (Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Whisky, Rum, Single Malt, Bourbon, Cognac, Apertiffs). Our portfolio in India includes:

The MIS Specialist will be on contract for 1 year

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly MOR review data by getting details from the sales team consolidating the data & share with Commercial Head for final review.
    • SALES ( Plan Vs Actual )
    • DEPLETION ( Plan Vs Actual )
    • SOH
    • Availability
    • Visibility
    • GWP Deployment
    • My Xinet analytics – as per KPIs by Amit (highlight variance)
    • Monthly tracking of brand-wise & state-wise sales, depletion & SOH and variance analysis vs budget/FCST.
    • Engage distributor MIS in regions directly, to allow Commercial Managers to be in field and not spend time at office in data collation


  • Sending sales report/data to IWSR once in a month (the 8th day is the deadline).
    • Prepare Analytics now that we have 12 month data
    • Analytics KPIs to be defined by Amit & Arnab as per MWB


  • Support commercial finance for trade schemes working & securing approvals before submitting the claims.
    • Work with Regional Sales Team for coordination


  • 2023 Planning :
    • Trade Scheme ( A&P / DD )
    • Preparing of incentive plans with the support of the commercial director.
    • GWP Scale
    • Visibility Scale
      • Templates are ready, need to collate data in relation to LY
    • Quarterly Activation plans
  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
    • Domestic SKYY
    • Domestic Bulldog
    • Competition Pricing / Indexing
    • Act as a coordinator between sales & commercial finance, as required as per SOPs.


  • Create and maintain monthly operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs.
    • Build this gradually (ongoing)
    • Preparing various MIS data as per sales / Fin ops team requirements.
    • BPC data upload of full P&L and checking of RB/FCST/Budgets
    • Provide data in various routine / adhoc templates as required by Region/Group related to managerial reporting
    • Support in data clean up and providing to project team during ERP implementation


  • Support in ERP implementation as and when required
    • 6 months from Jan onwards
    • Assist finance & SC team in automation and cleanup of excel files
    • Assist commercial / finance team in preparation of valuation/budget PPT
    • Ensure quality of data , its standardization and work towards creating a central data hub for organiastion.
    • Be single source of data hub for commercial , supply chain and finance function.

    Experience

    • At least 5 years experience in MIS role.
    • FMCG or large Alco bev MNC preferred

    Skills

    • Should be good in advance Excel
