General Description Of The Role

The Global Quality Systems Junior Specialist is a role within Global Quality dedicated to Quality Systems, reporting into the Global Quality Systems Specialist and working closely with Quality team, local, country as well as Supply Chain IT.

Key activities for Global Quality Systems Junior Specialist are:

• Data collection, data consolidation, data revision, data analysis and reporting regarding Quality Indicators, product quality complaints, food safety and quality Non-Conformities, Supplier Quality Assurance, OPCenter, Interspec Reporting
• Update, format and/or review Global Quality Guidelines, check lists, training documentation
• Support data gathering and tests on specific projects and initiatives (Quality Assurance projects)
• Maintain metrics and tracking projects progress
• Support in helpdesking activities with Quality APPs
• Review and updating documents in the SharePoint Platform
• Training material development for Global Quality Apps
  
  

Competence/Skill Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Planning and organizing skills for prioritizing and time management
• Good listening skills, analytical skills good initiative and autonomy.
• Good level of curiosity
• Fluent in English and Italian languages; additional languages like Spanish, Portoguese, French are surely a plus
  
  

Knowledge And Experience

• Enrolled at College/University: scientific faculties such as Food Science and Technology or Biology, but also Management Engineering or Statistics.
• Full knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Teams/SharePoint
• Basic work experience
