General Description Of The Role

Campari Schweiz is part of Campari Group and belongs to the Business Unit Europe. The Junior Customer Marketing Manager OFF Premise will assist in shaping the off trade commercial strategy of the company. The role focuses on supporting:

  • The development and execution of marketing tools within the sales channel, while tracking and improving their performance.
  • Assisting in defining and segmenting channel marketing strategies aligned with corporate, brand, and category strategies.
  • Supporting the translation of national brand and channel strategies into actionable commercial tools for the Off Premise, enhancing brand visibility and sales rotation.
  • Contributing to the delivery of high-quality execution of customer marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities And Activities

  • Assisting with in-store activations: analysis, recommendations, and planning.
  • Supporting the development of the Off Premise Channel Strategy in alignment with the Marketing Team.
  • Contributing to the creation of marketing tools and assets to support growth objectives within the Off Premise channel.
  • Assisting in managing external agency briefings for activities such as in-store animations, events, and promotions.
  • Helping to measure promotion effectiveness by assisting in the development of channel-specific KPIs.
  • Supporting the maintenance of channel segmentation and outlet classification.
  • Assisting in the organization of channel-driven promotions and managing the logistics of these activities.
  • Coordinating the planning and execution of POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
  • Providing support in preparing materials for customer meetings.
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with the customer marketing plans.

Internal: Brand Managers; Key Account Managers; Finance team.

External: Agencies; Third parties suppliers

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in marketing/customer marketing within FMCG or beverage sectors is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the FMCG/drinks industry, particularly in OFF-Trade, is a plus.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level in both written and spoken communication).
