An overview of the role:

We are seeking a Business Transformation Consulting Lead to join an energetic and creative team to deliver a multi year transformation program in a private sector defence engineering environment and to build relationships and our delivery footprint . You will join our account team and work with them to build, develop and manage the delivery team throughout this engagement.

You’ll potentially work on a huge variety of projects (some larger than others), so you could gain lots of experience in a short amount of time.

As a VP in the business, you’ll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team. Key expectations from this role will include:

• Delivering multi-year business transformation program
• Building the delivery team
• Developing senior client relationships
• Growing our delivery footprint within the client
• Represent entire consulting portfolio of Capgemini Invent
• Collaborate across other Capgemini business areas spanning technology and engineering
• Leading consulting program delivery and people manage across levels in your team
• Build commercial solutions
• Collaborate across geographies

We’d love to meet someone with:

• Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation and to enlist support and commitment from peers delivering complex consulting solutions
• Enthusiasm and an energetic self-starter
• Demonstrable ability in building CxO relationships
• Experience in building relationships with partner organisations and managing them to deliver end to end business transformation
• Demonstrable people development experience and capability and a passion for developing people and celebrating their success
• Experience in building and driving thorough complex transformation programs in an engineering environment
• Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background

• Experience in building and driving account plans
• Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.4m of consulting revenues.
• Security Cleared for Private Sector Defence Manufacturing
• Experienced in Transformational Program Leadership.
