About the role:

Our team are focused on developing and maintaining ADAS Platform.
We work in a dynamic environment providing delivery and project services to maintain the infrastructure, improve current standards and implement new solutions.

Your future tasks:

You will monitor Private Cloud environments located in 3 sites, resolve basic incidents, and route them to other involved teams.
You should be motivated, have a “can do” attitude and be willing to keep on developing your skills (no routine).
Main accountabilities:

• Resolve incidents within "Operations" assignment group with the help of the knowledge base
• Dispatch tickets to other assignment teams
• Monitor all open and unassigned incidents
• Process of IT Security alerts according to knowledge articles
• Cooperate with other teams including external suppliers
• Develop and maintain of existing and new documentation
• Define knowledge articles for new types of alerts

Our Requirements:

• Basic Linux understanding
• Strong communication skills
• Multitasking and problem handling skills
• Focus to details
• Ability to work in the international team
• Availability to work in 24/7 system (8 hours shifts)
• Communicative English, at least B2

Nice to have:

• Service Management tool handling (ServiceNow)
• Basic expertise in scripting
• Basic knowledge of DevOps concept
• Good interpersonal skill
