About the role:

We are seeking a talented Storage Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in storage technologies and a passion for implementing robust and scalable storage solutions. As a Storage Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining storage systems to meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement storage strategies that align with business objectives.

Your future tasks:

• Design, deploy, and manage storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and object storage systems.
• Configure and optimize storage arrays, switches, and other storage infrastructure components.
• Monitor storage performance and capacity, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain storage policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate storage solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Evaluate new storage technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in storage engineering or a related role
• Proficiency with storage technologies such as EMC, NetApp, Dell EMC, HP 3Par Storage, etc.
• Strong understanding of SAN and NAS protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB)
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware) and cloud storage (MS Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EMCISA, NetApp NCDA, etc.) are desirable.
