YOUR TEAM:

We are looking for a candidate for the PBS - Package Based Services department. This is a constantly growing team of nearly 300 SAP specialists (55% developers/architects, 45% SAP consultants) working on over 40 projects for more than 20 big international clients from various industries.

The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers.

YOUR TASKS:

implementation or Application Support for SAP GTS;
work in O2C Team (Order to Cash) or P2P (Procure to Pay) and provide consulting support for international clients in area of the SAP SD or MM module;
analyze and resolve customer change requests, incidents;
suggest, prepare, and implement new solutions and functionalities;
create necessary project documentation for own solutions, business processes and specifications for developers;
work with international teams.

YOUR PROFILE:

• you have experience in SAP GTS configuration;
• you have at least 3 years of experience in SAP application customer support or participated in implementation projects and in active configuration of SAP SD or MM;
• you know business processes in area of sales or procurement;
• you know basic connections to other SAP modules like WM, FI-CO;
• you are proactive in finding new solutions and achieving the goals;
• you are open for new technologies and SAP solution;
• you have a university degree;
• you speak English fluently.
