Job Description:

Are you a strategic problem solver with a flair for bringing forward analytics, AI and Gen AI products to market? We are seeking a credible IA Analytics Solutions Consultant to lead our efforts in crafting and implementing innovative ways that demonstrate the skills to drive efficiency and excellence in BPO. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivot crafting solutions, implementing go-to-market strategies, establishing partnerships, and ensuring the widespread adoption of the services


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Market for Analytics, AI and GenAI solutions.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that position our Analytics, AI, and Gen AI offerings as ground-breaking assets for BPO services and comprehensive technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams that resonate with internal and external customers.
  • Provide ongoing support to the go to market and delivery teams, addressing inquiries and refining strategies based on market feedback.

2. Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution

  • Define value propositions, and driven differentiators that include Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or Generative AI as a significant part of our services and Analyze customer needs and behaviors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop assets and artifacts that allow them to articulate the value to potential clients.

3. Customer Engagement

  • Engage with BPO clients to understand their specific needs, collect feedback, and align solutions to business outcomes.
  • Develop case studies and achievements to showcase the positive impact of the skills in BPO environments.

4. Partnership and Communication:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key collaborators, including internal partner organizations, external technology partners, and account leaders.
  • Work closely with data scientists, automation engineers, and business analysts to integrate analytics seamlessly into the intelligent automation framework.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in Analytics Solution consulting
  • Experience of advising, solutions, architecting, and developing data and analytics solutions for customers
  • Shown experience in go-to-market strategy development and execution, specifically in the intersection of Analytics, AI and GenAI.
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced Analytics, AI, Generative AI, BPO industry trends and technologies.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales and market share objectives.
  • Technology expertise and include innovative technologies like Axure Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, MS Fabric
