Capgemini is currently looking for an experienced Security specialist to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will support and participate in some of our clients' projects in relation with Identity and Access Management, demonstrating expertise in multiple security domains, including Cloud Security, Design and Operation of IAM solutions, and Integrations, among others. In addition, you will support and facilitate the operations of our clients' security systems, providing support and training on best practices to their internal teams and technology partners.

What will you do in the project?

• Work with Clients’ Infosec teams and IAM teams to achieve alignment between information security and business objectives.
• Being involved and add value to an important IAM Deployment project of one of our clients, involving also Cloud Security solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement robust security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance on risk management strategies and incident response planning.

To feel comfortable in the position, you need to be able to get along well with:

• 3+ years of experience in IT / Cybersecurity, of which 2+ years within a IAM solutions deployment team
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training in Network & Systems Administration
• Deep knowledge of IAM and cloud security practices, tools and processes.
• Desirable certifications related to Identity and Access Management. Added value: certifications related to Sailpoint such as:
• SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional
• SailPoint Certified IdentityQ Associate
• SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer
• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer
• Integrity and the ability to handle confidential matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Spanish language is also mandatory.
