YOUR TASKS

• Manage invoices still awaiting approval.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end processes, reports, etc. as needed to support team.
• Daily processing includes vouching invoices, research on missing information to facilitate payment, vendor master file updates, creation of new vendors, and communication with vendors and internal business partners, etc.
• Lead or provide support to other team members in resolving operational issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleagues.
• Problem identification and resolution of accounts payable invoices and payment of invoices.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 2 years of experience in Finance / Accounting AP area.
• Fluent level of English and French.
• Accounting process knowledge.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Multitasking and ability to organize your own work according to procedures.
