YOUR TEAM:

We are looking for a candidate for the PBS - Package Based Services department. This is a constantly growing team of nearly 300 SAP specialists (55% developers/architects, 45% SAP consultants) working on over 40 projects for more than 20 big international clients from various industries.

The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers.

YOUR TASKS:

• offering strategic advice to our clients and supporting digital transformation of their enterprises;
• analyzing business cases from an IT perspective and preparing project studies;
• supporting pre-sales activities: defining the scope, designing processes etc.;
• leading and executing S/4 transformations for our clients by creating the strategy and plan, coordination and translation of customer requirements into S/4 capabilities;
• leading role in designing the IT architecture and representing the team in front of our clients.

YOUR PROFILE:

• minimum 10 years of professional experience in the SAP ecosystem;
• strong proficiency in at least one of the main processes (modules) of SAP, including deltas for S/4;
• solid understanding of the entire logistics and/or financial process and SAP configuration;
• experience in system migrations;
• experience in defining project scope in collaboration with the client - workshops, design, estimation;
• strong understanding of E2E business processes in enterprises and their mapping in S/4HANA;
• several years of experience in the SAP environment as an Architect, Lead Consultant or Project Manager.

NICE TO HAVE:

• experience in the full migration cycle to S/4, specifically brownfield type migrations;
• experience in creating proposals for clients;
• proficiency in the German and/or Dutch language.
