In Capgemini Cloud Infrastructure Service (CIS) unit we’re looking for a Team Manager to our Nordics Azure Team. Be Inspired
You will be a Team Manager for an Azure team based in the Nordics region. The team consists of people within client delivery roles such as Cloud Engineers and Cloud Architects that are specialized in Azure Infrastructure. The Team Manager role will be combined with a role in client consulting, hence experience from consultancy work within the Azure Infrastructure is mandatory.
In your Team Manager role, you will be responsible for:
• Leading and motivating the team
• Performance Management
• Employability and Utilization
• Competence development
• Recruiting and growing the team
• Cooperation with our market units, Center of Excellence and across our practices
Be Challenged
You are passionate about leading and developing people. You have previous experience of people management in an international context or a strong will to develop in this direction.
You believe in yourself and have the network needed to identify and recruit talents and drive sales with customers. As a person you are structured, driven, committed and customer oriented. You are able to work efficiently and balance operational and strategic goals for your team.
You have full working proficiency in both Swedish and English.
