Solution Architect & Presales Lead - Manufacturing Operation Management (MOM)/ Manufacturing Execution System (MES)Job Responsibilities

1. Support sales cycle while demonstrating a deep understanding of industry/customer needs and MOM/MES value proposition.

2. Define, describe the technical, functional, and commercial solution context, transform customer RFP/ RFI requirements into specific solution architecture & design.

3. Defend and present our proposal, Technical and functional solutions in front of all levels of customer stakeholders - Manufacturing/Business Director/architects, Enterprise architect, CXO

4. Collaborate with various geography portfolio and segment team to support selling smart factory /MES/MOM offering to target accounts.

5. Lead the short-term strategic CONSULTING projects in MOM and MES areas.

6. Analyze strength and weakness against competitors in target industries.

7. Work with product vendor to define solution and mature the practices.

8. Support and defend industry analyst audit and requirements.

9. Produce reusable quality content related to proposal and capability presentations.

Skill Set and Experience

1. 10 to 15 years of experience in field of Manufacturing Execution system/ Manufacturing operation management in discrete industries (Auto / Aero / complex or hybrid manufacturing)

2. Minimum 5 years in presales and solutioning Manufacturing Execution system, Manufacturing operation management

3. Minimum 2 years of experience in leading the presales activities for MES/MOM practice.

4. Must have end to end MES/MOM implementation including Machine connectivity, ERP and other system connectivity experience for large multi-sites, multi geography, multi business process / modules (Planning & Scheduling, Production, Quality, warehouse, Manufacturing intelligence)

5. Experience of end-to-end implementation of any one or two MES/MOM products like DS Apriso, SAP ME/DMC or Siemens OpsCenter -Discrete

6. Well versed with international Standard like MESA, ISA 95

7. Must have Manufacturing consulting experience.

8. Must have Business orientation and consulting mindset.

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
