Job Description - Grade Specific
Experience with DBMS technologies (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL,Postgres, etc...)
• Ability to support both SQL and NoSQL data management systems.
• Database management experience of SQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience in database migrations to Cloud and Migration to Opensource databases a Plus
• Expertise data warehousing, performance tuning, data security, auditing and encryption.
• Working level proficiency with both Linux and Windows Operating Systems
• Data warehouse concepts and data modeling
• Proficiency with Automation and scripting (Shell scripting, PowerShell etc.)
• Continuous Identification and evaluation of evolving technology solutions
• Experience in onboarding new users and mentor new Database Engineers within the team
• Expert in maintaining high collaboration with cross functional skills
• Experience with Agile Scrum delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated experience with presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and perform well with customers of
varying levels of technical expertise in highpressure situations and complex environments.
• Technically enthusiastic and willing to learn and accept challenges attitude is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a multi-task and fast paced environment
