Preference will be given to NZ citizens and Permanent Residents due to client restrictions. This role can be based in Wellington/Auckland.

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to spearhead the development of our Salesforce capabilities in New Zealand. In this dynamic role, you’ll not only drive strategic initiatives in New Zealand, but also work as a billable Solution Architect alongside our talented team in Australia. Due to the nature of the work, we are looking for New Zealand citizens/Permanent Residents only. The work location can be in Wellington/Auckland.

Let’s talk about what you’ll be doing:
  • Leading presales
  • Designing and creating Salesforce solutions for high profile clients.
  • Leading workshops and running requirement gathering sessions to determine client needs and provide solutions.
  • Liaising between stakeholders and the technical team
  • Developing business relationships to drive opportunities with our clients and cross-service line.

We’re looking for individuals who love being challenged and can build lasting relationships with clients. Ideally you will have expertise in most of the following areas:
  • Excellent communications skills to liaise with all levels of stakeholders regarding Salesforce capabilities.
  • Proven experience in facilitating requirements gathering workshops.
  • Understand, design and help implement successful Salesforce solutions.
  • Work with the team to design and present your solutions to key client stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform.
  • Problem solver to help propose enterprise-wide solutions.
