YOUR PROJECT

Insights & Data practice delivers cutting-edge data centric solutions.

Most of our projects are Cloud & Big Data engineering. We develop solutions to process large, also unstructured, datasets, with dedicated Cloud Data services on Snowflake, AWS, Azure or GCP.

We are responsible for full SDLC of the solution: apart from using data processing tools (e.g., ETL), we code a lot in Python, Scala or Java and use DevOps tools and best practices. The data is either exposed to downstream systems via API, outbound interfaces or visualized on reports and dashboards.

Within our AI CoE we deliver Data Science and Machine Learning projects with focus on NLP, Anomaly Detection and Computer Vision.

Additionally, we are exploring the area of Quantum Computing, searching for practical growth opportunities for both us and our clients.

Currently, over 250 of our Data Architects, Engineers and Scientists work on exciting projects for over 30 clients from different sectors (Financial Services, Logistics, Automotive, Telco and others)

YOUR TASKS

• Managing scope, schedule, and budget of the project,
• Designing and organizing solutions delivery model,
• Recruitment, onboarding and introducing new employees to the company and department,
• Onboarding of employees to projects based on their experience and competences as well as their recruitment and hiring,
• Leading a team developing and maintaining BI, Big Data & Cloud Data solutions designed for the individual needs of our clients,

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a driven and experienced People Manager, Project Manager with a passion for managing IT projects and guiding talented development teams, preferably in BI, DWH, Big Data, or Cloud areas. This role involves direct collaboration with external clients, focusing on building strong partnerships and delivering projects with excellence. The ideal candidate values honesty, open communication, and effective teamwork. If you thrive in leading diverse teams and are eager to contribute to an open, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

• At least 3 years of experience in leading development teams or managing IT projects
• Experience in working with external client
• Open mind, and good teamwork skills
• Good command of English or/and German
