YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an Operations Project Lead to ensure our support teams succeed in delivery. You will be responsible for maximizing our client’s satisfaction via service coordination, successful project implementation and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop within a very dynamic team and support cross-teams projects.

YOUR TASKS

  • Operations Oversight: Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage operational budgets, including resources allocation, expense control, and financial performance.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and overseeing performance.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations are compliant with internal policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, HR, sales) to ensure alignment on operational goals and business objectives.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of experience in a service / delivery manager role. Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Good understanding of transition/project management methodologies
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and at different levels of the organization.
  • Very good command of both French and English languages

Nice to have:

  • Technical awareness
  • Certifications (Prince2, ITIL or any other relevant)
