YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a background in implementing Control Tower / KPI Dashboard solutions based on data analytics from various systems including Power BI. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing requirements, and supporting UX/dev team in creating solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, IT, and Operations, to support the organization's digital transformation initiative.

YOUR TASKS

• Collaborate with our client to define specifics of the tool and translate it into requirements that could be implemented by dev team
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation of business requirements
• Liaise with stakeholders from different client and internal branches
• Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to project management team
• Support creation of training documentation for the client

YOUR PROFILE

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working in an Agile environment, using tools like Jira
• Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Scrum master / PM experience and familiarity with Energy sector would be a plus
