Capgemini are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead the SAP team in Göteborg. The ideal candidate will have extensive consultant experience in SAP S/4HANA and a proven track record in team leadership, motivation, and strategic execution, and now want to take the next step into people management. This could be the chance for you!
YOUR ROLE:
You will have 15-20 direct reporting consultants. This role will be a combined role as 50% manager and 50% consultant being out in project delivery or working with presales. Strong footprint and good knowledge in the business in Göteborg’s region.
In your role, you will:
· Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of senior and junior SAP consultants to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results
· Drive team performance through effective utilization management, performance evaluations, and competence development initiatives
· Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing
· Manage team budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to financial targets
· Salary settings and yearly salary discussion with consultant
· Recruit and attract top talents and support team growth objectives with support from the Talent Acquisition team
· Collaborate with sales and presales teams to develop winning strategies and deliver compelling proposals to clients
· Execute on company strategy to drive business growth and expansion
YOUR PROFILE:
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations
· Proven experience managing project teams and delivering SAP implementation projects on time and within budget
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate both senior and junior team members
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
· In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionality
· Fluency in English and Swedish language
· Live in Sweden and have eligible work permit to work in Sweden
