Job Description

  • Deliver platform customization while conforming to best practice recommendations and client’s policy
  • Transform functional requirements into detailed technical designs that translate to actionable development tasks
  • Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to identify ways to simplify the user experience
  • Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, and technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps, ACLs, and notifications
  • Participate in problem analysis, code review, and system design
  • Develop scripts and code for API’s and web service integrations
  • Develop necessary development documentation as needed e.g., project plan, technical design, developer notes, user manual, etc.
  • Design, code, debug, document, deploy and maintain solutions in a highly efficient and effective manner
  • Performs migration activities Dev to QA, QA to Prod.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate quality technical and functional system specifications

Job Description - Grade Specific

  • ServiceNow platform in a development or administration role (CSA certification is required)
  • Experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance processes and requirements. Trained on IRM module (GRC- CIS is desirable)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Mid Server, Integrations, LDAP, Flow Designer and SSO, API’s and Integration Hub
