YOUR TASKS

We’re currently looking for a French speaking Team Manager for mutualized Team

• The selected candidate will lead the Level1 team (up to 20 analysts) within the engagement and ensure that the levels of service meet or exceed service targets/aspirations and clients’ expectations.
• He/she will contribute to the early identification and escalation of service issues and monitor the quality of the service. He/she will focus on continuous improvement and spot automation opportunities.
• He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day team management: planning, performance management, coaching and mentoring.

YOUR PROFILE

• Good verbal and written French language
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, confident with a “can do” attitude
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Sense of ownership / commitment
• Customer-focused attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in a managerial position would be an asset
• ITIL certificate
• Technical background / awareness
