YOUR ROLE

Our work is delivered across a variety of sectors, from Government to Retail, Energy to Financial Services. As a Programme and Change Acceleration Consultant you will bring experience of delivering sustainable change from a range of clients and industries as well as an agile mindset with an understanding of the relevant tools and techniques. You’ll also have an acute sense of market trends and hot topics about the challenges facing our clients in delivering lasting and sustainable change and leverage your insight to advise our clients.

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Lead and manage a project/ programme work stream and its deliverables independently.
• Leverage a change management methodology, processes, and tools to create a business change
strategy to enable adoption.
• Develop tailored communications and training strategies to address personas’ particularities, while utilising industry best practice.
• Identify, define, and track Change KPIs considering multiple variables and scenarios to better understand benefits’ realisation journey and needed resources.
• Educate and coach employees at all levels enabling knowledge transfer to the organisation to sustain BAU.
• Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics in a timely manner.
• Coach junior members of the team, develop Change Management templates & frameworks, and present best practice knowledge share on change management to the guild community.
• Need to be credible, with the gravitas to engage effectively with D-level / CXOs on a-peer-to-peer basis.
• Need to have a commercial mindset to proactively identify new opportunities in supporting our clients.

YOUR PROFILE

Several years of relevant work experience in business change AND/OR project/programme/portfolio management.

Core Skills:
• Project/Programme/Portfolio Management OR Change Management skillset
• Agile qualifications and experience
• Business Acumen
• Commercial Awareness e.g. identifying sales opportunities, converting opportunities into sales or budget responsibility
• People Development: Coaching/Managing others
• Complex stakeholder management

Nice to have skills and/or experience:
• Experience in delivery Agile Transformation projects
• Digital culture – understanding of key trends and experience in delivery of digital implementations
• Familiar with programme and change delivery methodology & frameworks
• Able to shape and solve problems using a fact-based approach to drive insight
• Competent in shaping and/or leading delivery of transformation programmes
• Mobilising & managing teams and workstreams
• SC clearance
